Arrive hydrated and wear comfortable clothing. Notify us of your due date, medical history, and any discomfort. We provide pregnancy pillows or side-lying positioning, and recommend avoiding heavy meals immediately before the massage.

Yes—certain conditions require medical clearance or alternative care. These include high blood pressure, preeclampsia, recent bleeding, placenta previa, high-risk pregnancies, blood clotting disorders, or infectious conditions. We screen clients and request physician approval when necessary to ensure safety.

Sessions typically run 60 minutes, with options for 30- or 90-minute treatments depending on needs. Extended sessions allow more focused work on problem areas and greater relaxation; please specify your preferred duration when booking.

We welcome partner presence when space and client comfort allow, but ask they remain quiet and respectful of the treatment space. For safety and relaxation, some positions limit room occupancy; please let us know if you wish to include a partner.
