Yes. Our licensed prenatal therapists use safe side-lying and supported positions, adjusting pressure for each trimester. Most clients benefit across pregnancy, but consult your obstetric provider first if you have high-risk conditions, preeclampsia, blood-clotting issues, or placenta complications.

Share your due date, prenatal medical history, recent test results, any complications, and current symptoms. Also tell us about medication, allergies, and comfort preferences so the therapist can customize pressure, positioning, and techniques for your safety and comfort.

We typically position clients on their side with bolsters or in a semi-reclined supported pose to avoid supine compression. Our therapists continuously check comfort and adjust support to protect circulation and reduce strain on the back and pelvis.

We may use mild, pregnancy-safe essential oils upon request, but many clients prefer unscented sessions. Certain oils are contraindicated in pregnancy, so your therapist will review options, perform a patch test, and avoid any scents or ingredients not approved by your provider.

Book at least one to two weeks in advance for preferred times; earlier for frequent or weekend appointments. Many clients begin after the first trimester, but schedule flexibility is available and we will work around your prenatal care appointments and comfort.

Prenatal massage can support labor preparation by reducing stress, improving pelvic mobility, and easing muscle tension. While it doesn't guarantee labor outcomes, regular treatments may encourage relaxation and better physical readiness; discuss timing and birth plans with your healthcare provider.
